If You're not certain how to correctly evaluate the dose, question your medical doctor or pharmacist. If the thing is air bubbles from the syringe, drive and pull the plunger out and in until the air bubbles are mostly gone. Tap the barrel in the syringe to remove any remaining air bubbles.
